Refunds are not available for completed services. If a project is canceled before completion, payments made up to that point are non-refundable.

Late payments may result in project delays and additional fees.


4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables.

Nuova Branding retains the right to use project work in our portfolio, marketing, and promotional materials.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any work before final payment.


5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth workflow, clients must:

Provide necessary materials (e.g., logos, content, images) in a timely manner.

Approve deliverables within agreed review periods to avoid project delays.

Maintain professional and respectful communication throughout the project.


6. Revisions & Approvals

Each project includes a limited number of revisions, as outlined in the service agreement.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Clients must approve final work before the website launch or brand delivery.


7. Limitation of Liability

Nuova Branding is not responsible for:

Third-party software, hosting, or platform failures (e.g., Showit, GoDaddy, social media platforms).

Loss of data or website downtime due to client actions or external factors.

Unforeseen delays caused by client inaction or technical issues beyond our control.


8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

A client fails to make payments on time.

A client engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior.

A client violates any terms outlined in this agreement.


9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose project details or proprietary information to third parties without prior consent.


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local legal procedures.


11. Changes to These Terms
